We will retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to provide you with our Services or for other legitimate business purposes, such as dispute resolution, for security and protection purposes or to comply with our legal obligations. The retention period for Personal Data depends on a number of factors, including:
- our purpose for processing the data (for example, whether we need to retain data to provide our Services);
- the volume, nature and sensitivity of the information;
- the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure;
- legal requirements that apply to us.

A note about accuracy: services such as our menu generation services use artificial intelligence and machine learning. In some cases, results may contain inaccuracies regarding calories, nutrients, or other facts about nutrition. For this reason, you should not rely on the factual accuracy of results from our models. If you notice that results contain factually inaccurate information about you and would like to request correction or removal of this information, you can submit such requests by email to eatwise.club@gmail.com, and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable law and the technical capabilities of our models.
Nourio processes your Personal Data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy on servers located in various jurisdictions; this includes processing and storing your Personal Data on our facilities and servers in the United States. Although data protection laws vary by country and may not provide the same level of data protection as yours, we apply the protections described in this policy to your Personal Data regardless of where it is processed.
6. Children
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 years of age. If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 years of age has provided Nourio with Personal Data through the Services, please contact us by email at eatwise.club@gmail.com. We will review the notice and, if necessary, remove such Personal Data from our systems. Users under 18 years of age must have permission from their parents or guardian to use our Services.
